Rodeo Days

I just love seeing the clips on the news of the trail riders making their way into Houston for the start of the Houston Rodeo and Livestock Show. What a great state this is! Repairs Complete

As you can see in these photos the repairs from the fire are just about complete. Enough so that this weekend my daughter and grandchildren were able to move from my house where they have been staying, into this one. It has certainly been a long time coming but weather was just not our friend on this project. NOW the weather is absolutely gorgeous! As are the oak floors we discovered when the carpets were removed! They love it. I can't wait to get my studio moved back where it belongs so I can get to work! Snow Day

It snowed here today. A very big deal in this area and really helps get the spirits up for the holiday. I hope everyone is staying safe and enjoying all that is best about Christmas. I think most of us are focusing more on quality rather than quantity this year especially; I know I am, and it is really taking a lot of stress out of my shopping. I hope you find the same peace.
